Terms of service.
The agreement that governs use of Veridra. Current as of April 2026, in active finalization for v1.0 launch.
Current status
Veridra is pre-launch. Our master services agreement and data processing addendum are in finalization with external counsel and will be published in full before v1.0 GA.
Design partners operate under a design-partner agreement shared directly during onboarding. For procurement review of draft terms, email legal@veridra.io.
Commitments we make
- Evidence you generate is yours, exportable at any time, in open formats
- Signing keys live in your KMS; we never hold or see key material
- Your evidence remains cryptographically verifiable even if Veridra shuts down
- Data residency honored: EU stays EU, US stays US, UK stays UK
- No training of Veridra models on customer data, ever
- Clear SLA commitments with remedies, published before commercial launch
Commitments we ask
- Don't use Veridra to sign decisions you know to be false or fraudulent
- Don't attempt to subvert tenant isolation or verification integrity
- Protect your API keys and tenant credentials
- Respect applicable laws in your jurisdiction
