Veridra is in controlled alpha. This notice covers the public marketing site and assurance-review form; customer-product processing terms will be finalized before any production deployment.

The short version
We collect contact data you submit. The assurance-review form collects your name, work email, company, selected framework, and optional system description so the team can respond.
The marketing site is not a production AI-data processor. Do not submit secrets, regulated data, protected health information, customer data, or production AI payloads through the contact form.
We do not sell data, ever. No advertising, no data brokers, no data-for-revenue arrangements.
Privacy obligations are assessed by context. Production residency, retention, controller/processor roles, and regulatory commitments will be documented in signed customer terms before deployment; they are not current-alpha operating claims.
Data you can request
- A copy of all data Veridra holds about you
- Correction of inaccurate personal data
- Deletion of your account and associated data
- Export of data in a portable format
- Information about who your data has been shared with (subprocessors listed below)
Subprocessors
The public site is hosted by Vercel. Assurance-review submissions are delivered through the configured transactional email provider. No third-party behavioral analytics tag is currently loaded by this site. Provider identity, processing location, and applicable terms are available for diligence via legal@veridra.io and will be maintained in a formal subprocessor schedule before production customer processing.
