Privacy policy.

How Veridra handles data. Current as of April 2026, in active finalization for v1.0 launch.

Current status

Veridra is pre-launch. Our privacy policy is in finalization with external counsel and will be published in full before v1.0 GA.

If you need the current draft for vendor review, procurement, or due diligence, email legal@veridra.io and we will send it.

The short version

We collect the minimum data needed to run Veridra. Account and contact information for customers, billing details for billed accounts, operational telemetry for reliability, and analytics for the website itself.

We never collect the content of your AI decisions. Inputs and outputs are hashed at the SDK before anything is sent to Veridra. Your model's inputs and outputs are never readable by us.

We do not sell data, ever. No advertising, no data brokers, no data-for-revenue arrangements.

We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable US state privacy laws. Data residency for EU, UK, and US tenants is enforced at the infrastructure layer.

Data you can request

  • A copy of all data Veridra holds about you
  • Correction of inaccurate personal data
  • Deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export of data in a portable format
  • Information about who your data has been shared with (subprocessors listed below)

Subprocessors

We use carefully chosen subprocessors for infrastructure, identity, and operations. A current list is available on request via legal@veridra.io.
